Who We Are
Lauren M. Salomon, Ph.D., ACC, Principal
Lauren has over 20 years of experience in consulting and coaching to help organizations and individuals envision short term and long-term goals and achieve success. Currently, Lauren provides clients with customized workshops, assessments for selection and development, and coaching. She has presented her work at international conferences and spoken on panels as an expert in her field. Coaching Specialties: career acceleration, career transition, goal setting, overcoming obstacles to advancement.

Experience:
- Created and delivered workshops to clients on numerous topics.
- Coached senior leaders in the executive MBA program at Rice university and at NASA.
- Partnered with clients to enact lasting change in their organizations as a consultant with Aon Consulting.
- Worked with institution leaders at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center to maximize input from their teams and achieve significant results.
- Managed institution-wide projects in candidate screening, competency modeling, and opinion surveys as an internal consultant at M.D. Anderson.
- Conducted numerous executive assessments using multiple personality instruments.
- Provided selection solutions for clients, significantly reducing turnover.

Harriet Newman, MA, LPC, Consultant
Harriet Newman, MA, LPC, has over 20 years of Human Resources experience specializing in employment, outplacement consulting, career counseling and corporate training. She has provided hundreds of hours of training and one-on-one counseling to individuals in a wide variety of corporations. She teaches customer service, career development, presentation skills and team building. Her experience includes owning and managing a full service employment agency for six years and directing the Career Services Department at a United Way agency for seven years.
In addition, she has supervised the career counseling staff at Rice University and served as a consultant with the University of Houston’s outplacement program. Harriet has also been a corporate trainer for eight years with Right Management Consultants, an international human resources firm.
Harriet has been a frequent guest speaker at community events regarding career change and has appeared on television to discuss corporate down sizing and career transition issues.
Harriet has a Masters Degree in Psychology from Houston Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Long Island University. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas since 1986.
